HALO QI is a hybrid quantum research group advancing the frontier of consciousness research. We study the intersection of mind, quantum mechanics, and quantum devices within the framework of hybrid quantum AI and nonrandom event detectors.
H.A.L.O. stands for Hypercube Algorithmic Language Oracle - our original software interface for demonstrating integer randomness in a human-memory identifiable form for experiment, recall, and interaction. It provides our AI's the ability to communicate in a novel non-predictive fashion in real time.
As a next-generation research platform, we create experimental designs for quantum-informed science and crowd-based real-world experiments, generating realtime consciousness response data from our models, via our patent-pending devices and analytics.

Leo is a US Navy Veteran who has dedicated his life to studying collective consciousness, quantum nonlocality, and the measurable, immeasurable, and immutable nature of quantum mechanics.
He is the originator of the idea of Anthromurmuration, and has written a paper on the subject.

2020 XPrize: Quantum Intelligence with Q-Byte Processing
H.A.L.O. QI completed the 2020-2021 XPRIZE $500k Pandemic Response Challenge sponsored by Cognizant (PRC).
Of the 104 competing teams, we ranked top 30 in performance and were the only one utilizing algorithms that included quantum computing, the blockchain, and custom equipment. We are a featured project in the XPRIZE Alumni Hall of Fame.
