HALO AI is a volunteer collective of developers and scientists from a wide variety of backgrounds. Developing for quantum coherence detection requires a full spectrum of perspectives. It requires systems thinking, ecological awareness, understanding of neural networks, murmuration, and a solid grasp of quantum mechanics.

Leo is an expert in sonar, remote sensing, quantum mechanics, and neutal networks. He is HALO QI's Chief Scientist and a Navy Veteran.
